Her allegations that I basically poisoned her,
when in fact it was
me she
poisoned and that Sheryl Vincent is her 'mother' when in
fact she's no relation to her whatsoever

Her claims I threatened to kidnap our children,
kind of ODD that SHE is the one who left town now not telling me
where they are so I could mail their birthday/Christmas gifts
to them, all without telling the courts she moved! but "I" was the
one accused of threatening to kidnap our children! |

Her claims of 'sexual rape' (for 7
years) claims of bruises, yet no photos or medical reports, police
reports were filed and worst of all accusing me
of hurting our sickest child, my question is if I did that why is
there no police/medical reports to back it up? |

Claims I threatened to kill her (she
repeats this through a number of documents although when directly
asked...she says Sheryl Vincent told her I said that). It's strange
how she mentioned I cancelled her insurance, exactly how does one
cancel another's MEDICAID? |

Here she says I'm on SSI, never worked, I
worked till I had a heart attack from stress and THEN went on
disability, She also once again refers to Sheryl Vincent as
her 'mom' a lie on her part easily proven, but Judge
Silvernail is soo pro women she could have said ANYTHING and
he'd go for it! But I'll talk about my opinion of the judge later. |

Here she says it again, Sheryl Vincent is her
mom, makes accusations that I feed our children things to make
them sick and basically care about nothing other than going fishing!
when truth is, I was the only one to work the whole time we
were married, then when I became disabled, she became distant and
started looking for another sugar daddy to throw money her way.

Again she makes statements I don't ALLOW her to
drive, she has epilepsy, I cared about her and didn't want her
to get into an accident. Plus the state of Florida would not
issue her a license if she disclosed that fact about her
medical health. |

Then there is of course a
Psych Evaluation I went for (to prove I wasn't Bi-Polar like
Sheryl Vincent told her I was). So I guess she was wrong about
that too, but apparently it didn't matter to judge Silvernail,
I'm a male, so I "MUST" be guilty of anything a woman says I am,
(in
his court anyway). |

What I can't include here is the
reports from Child Protective Services (under penalty of law) but
they are as you can imagine just as far reaching from anything
resembling truth. Including CPS interviewing my then roommate's
children (minors under the age of 18) visiting my residence without
me present nor any other adult, demanding entrance with
Pinellas County Sheriff in toe (as per policy).
Yet the final conclusion was NO abuse sexual or other abuse took
place or could be documented in their report. But I still am scarred
by the fact that this had been done with the sole
purpose of keeping me from seeing my children. It's sad
that this is the very thing I was accused of doing to her.
