False Domestic Violence claims hurt everyone, it especially hurts the target and their family (especially where children are concerned), it also wastes the resources and people who could otherwise be helping legitimate victims. It's a shame how the American Justice system works, in family court a sleazy lawyer (you know who you are) can expedite a divorce case by convincing a woman to file for a domestic violence restraining order falsely.  It's easy to get away with and grants them immediate hands on Home, Money, children and the falsely accused spends a lifetime in fear and regret.  On a personal note, I *HOPE* the judge who reviews this case throws the book at the woman to make an example of WHY you should not use the law for personal gains.

The purpose of this site is to educate persons falsely accused of Domestic Violence and to help them retain the rights they may not fully understand they have.  I realize that there are cases (many of them) which are legitimate cases of Domestic Violence, not just involving women or children, but men too.  I know because I personally live with it even to this day.  If you are falsely accused of Domestic Violence, you MUST get yourself an attorney, or experience what I did, that you will be deemed GUILTY until proven Innocent.

People who make these false claims, from them you can expect other charges/allegations especially if you have children, once it gets to that point you have little or no chance of defending yourself without competent legal counsel PERIOD!

Furthermore, the V.A.W.A. and it's method of operation, sets the stage to make normally law abiding citizens monsters, people who would normally not be violent, into homicidal anti-social, misogynists with good cause! 

Women have embraced the falsehood the government has presented them, when in reality, it has endangered them more, by acting on their word in court, where typically the accused is not present, that is called exparte hearing, a clear violation of constitutional rights for you to face your accuser and to hear and respond to testimony.  Basically what it is amounts to a modern day witch trial and it must be stopped now!
