False Domestic Violence claims hurt everyone, it especially hurts the target and their family (especially where children are concerned), it also wastes the resources and people who could otherwise be helping legitimate victims. The greater problem is how it is used to gain leverage in divorce cases for child custody. It also responsible for the destruction, rather than unity of the American family and it must be stopped! It is important for all to understand just how destructive domestic violence injunctions are, which is something the Domestic Violence Industry will NEVER tell you.

Voters Say, “Fix V.A.W.A. Now!”

The purpose of this site is to educate persons falsely accused of Domestic Violence and to help them retain the rights they may not fully understand they have.  I realize that there are cases (many of them) which are legitimate cases of Domestic Violence, not just involving women or children, but men too.  I know because I personally live with it even to this day.  If you are falsely accused of Domestic Violence, you MUST get yourself an attorney, or experience what I did, that you will be deemed GUILTY until proven Innocent.
The Political Argument for Fixing VAWA Now

When it comes to domestic violence legislation, the road to hell is paved with good intentions and Senator Joe Biden (D-Del) owns an asphalt company. Biden’s latest domestic violence bill is the National Domestic Violence Volunteer Attorney Network Act, which amends Biden’s Violence Against Women Act to create an extensive network of volunteer attorneys to help abused women. The attorneys would provide free legal help in forging divorce or separation agreements and in winning child custody.

 
False Domestic Violence Claims Raise Concerns

People who make these false claims, from them you can expect other charges/allegations especially if you have children, once it gets to that point you have little or no chance of defending yourself without competent legal counsel PERIOD!

Furthermore, the V.A.W.A. and it's method of operation, sets the stage to make normally law abiding citizens monsters, people who would normally not be violent into homicidal anti-social, misogynists with good cause!  Women have embraced the falsehood the government has presented them, when in reality, it has endangered them more, by acting on their word in court, where typically the accused is not present, that is called exparte hearing, a clear violation of constitutional rights for you to face your accuser and to give testimony and question your accuser.  Basically what it is amounts to a modern day witch trial and it must be stopped now!
